Monthly Wise Women's Counsel
Wise Women’s Counsel is about connection-
With guidance, profound listening and witnessing one another in a compassionate container, we will generate more wisdom within ourselves while encouraging the wisdom to arise in one another.
The intention of Wise Women’s Counsel is to provide a safe space for women to share experiences, challenges, receive and offer support alongside other like-minded women.
There will be also be somatic practices such as visualizations, meditations and gentle movement to assist you in releasing what you’ve outgrown and to claim more of what energizes and inspires you.
~Build a deeper relationship with yourself and the women in the group.
~Face challenges that come up in your life with power and clarity in a supportive conscious community.
~Celebrate wins, acknowledge what there is to be grateful for and amplify your own unique wisdom.
Remembering what brings our highest joy and playfulness, we begin to understand more deeply what is needed for us each individually to thrive, to adapt in healthy ways, find contentment and to feel fulfilled and at peace overall.
The Counsel will meet twice a month for 90 min via Zoom
